Patterson Conradie Thatch and Construction PTY LTD was founded in March 2017 by Neill Patterson and David Conradie. After spending significant time as managers at five-star game lodges, their eyes have been trained to pick up the finer details that satisfy both discerning clients and high-end customers. Due to the nature of this background, the business model closely follows the hospitality industry motto of ‘client satisfaction first and foremost’.

Both directors had been in the construction industry for two and three years respectively before deciding to become business partners and start their own company. The aim of PCTC is to not only provide exquisite quality, but also to deliver a final product that guarantees attention to detail. PCTC has become one of the top construction companies in Hoedspruit and its surrounding areas as a result of Neill and Dave’s passion and pride for their work. Their hands-on approach and on-site presence mean that no detail is left unscrutinised and all work is of the highest standard. This is evident in the fact that PCTC is one of the preferred contractors for a variety of top game lodges in the Kruger area.

PCTC specializes in the construction of turnkey dwellings, renovations of existing structures as well as the construction and maintenance of thatch roofs.
